Messages to Avela
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, topic and message, with an optional Avela page link. Cloudflare processes the form and Resend handles email delivery to hello@avelarentals.com. We use the message to respond to your question or check a listing correction. Messages sent directly by email arrive in the same inbox.
Please do not include medical records, insurance identifiers or other sensitive personal information. For a bed reservation or help with an existing rental, contact the supplier directly.
The form uses your IP address for short-term spam limits. Its backend does not save a separate database copy of your message or write message contents to application logs. Cloudflare, Resend and our inbox provider process the data under their own service policies; email content and delivery records may be retained by those services. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy. To ask about a message or request its deletion from our inbox, email us at the address above.
Browser-only features
The call checklist and return checklist are saved in your browser’s local storage. Provider comparisons, rental-quote comparisons, calculator inputs and measuring-worksheet entries remain on the page; Avela does not send those entries to a provider. Printing uses your browser’s print function. You can clear saved checklists by unchecking their items or clearing this site’s browser data.
City searches may appear in the page URL. Do not enter sensitive personal information into city search. A correction link can prefill the public page address in our contact form; it does not send the message until you submit.
Links and website services
Supplier websites are separate services with their own privacy practices. Calling a supplier or following a rental link takes you outside Avela. Ordinary supplier links have no affiliate tracking.
Fonts are served by Google Fonts, and the website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. These services receive network information needed to serve the site, such as your IP address and browser information. Hosting providers may maintain operational and access logs under their own policies.
Analytics and advertising
No advertising pixels, audience tracking scripts or third-party analytics are installed. No paid placement or referral tracking is active.
